When can you expect an answer from us?
Use the form for wrong facts, original papers, or source questions, but please don't send seller reviews, shopping requests, or requests for medical or legal advice because we can't answer those. Name the page and copy its exact words so we can find the problem. A clear note may receive a reply within about ten working days.
